It all begins with an idea.

I am a lighting designer and operator specialized in the design, implementation, and operation of lighting for cultural venues, theaters, concerts, art installations, and commercial events. I studied electrical engineering and got into lighting through my work at a rental company, where I gained experience on projects such as The Summer Shakespeare Festival.

Later, I began collaborating with independent cultural centers like NoD and MeetFactory, where I fully immersed myself in the world of stage lighting. I see lighting design as a key tool for creating atmosphere, rhythm, and emotion – whether it’s a small band concert or a large-scale theatrical production.

I enjoy working with smaller music groups and projects where there’s room for creativity and exploration of new visual forms. I regularly collaborate with Třeboň 105, the multifunctional hall at DOX, and Vision Prague.

You can find more about my projects in the PROJECTS section.
